Tomorrow Access has redesigned its website, including the English version.
The firm’s signature black and gold and the logo are unchanged. The content and structure have been reworked to reflect the work the firm does today.
Here is a quick guide to what you will find and where.
Three services
Tomorrow Access offers three services. The home page presents them side by side, and each now has its own English page.
Business Strategy Consulting
Support from strategy through execution for established companies developing new businesses, setting up a corporate venture capital (CVC) unit, or entering the U.S. market. Fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Spot Consulting
A one-hour Zoom session on a specific topic, such as startup investment, CVC, partnerships, pitch coaching, or U.S. expansion. Sessions are available in English or Japanese.
Mentor & Advisor
Mentor, judge, or lecturer roles for accelerator and government programs, and advisory roles for companies and startups.
Background and track record
The About section traces founder and CEO Ken Sobajima’s career, from joining a major Japanese telecom in 1996 to moving to Silicon Valley in 2015 and founding Tomorrow Access in 2021. It also lists his current mentor and advisor roles, press coverage, talks, and awards.
The Track Record section describes seven engagements, with client names withheld:
- Six large companies
New business development, strategy for setting up and running a CVC unit, and U.S. market entry - Series A–B startups
Japanese market entry
It also names 17 startups that Ken has mentored.
English news and the S-1 Journal
On the English site, the News menu leads to two sections:
- Tech News
Selected stories from Silicon Valley and the wider U.S. tech industry - S-1 Journal
A series that breaks down S-1s, the registration statements companies file with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) before an IPO
Switching languages
For pages available in both English and Japanese, such as the service pages, the JP / EN toggle at the top takes you straight to the version in the other language.
Getting in touch
A Contact button sits at the top of every page. If you are exploring a new business or considering expansion into the U.S. market, the first step is simply a conversation.
Take a look around, starting at the home page.
