That line is gone from the version that filled in the amounts<\/h1>\n<p style=\"font-size:13px;color:#666;letter-spacing:0.04em;margin:0 0 44px;\">September 8, 2026 \u00b7 Form S-1 Amendment No.2 (first price range, 2026-09-08) \u00d7 the original S-1 and Amendment No.1<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.7;margin:0 0 1.6em;word-break:normal;overflow-wrap:break-word;line-break:strict;\">Holtec Nuclear filed an amended prospectus with the SEC on September 8. This is the version where a price range of $15.00 to $18.00 per share appears for the first time. That blank was filled in.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.7;margin:0 0 1.6em;word-break:normal;overflow-wrap:break-word;line-break:strict;\">One line, though, went unfilled and then disappeared.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.7;margin:0 0 1.6em;word-break:normal;overflow-wrap:break-word;line-break:strict;\">The July and August versions set out two uses for the net proceeds. (a) Distribute cash to two founder-affiliated entities. (b) Use it for general corporate purposes. What (a) was for was written down too: to let the founder&#8217;s side receive, tax-free, the company&#8217;s previously taxed income. Both amounts were blank.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.7;margin:0 0 1.6em;word-break:normal;overflow-wrap:break-word;line-break:strict;\">Today&#8217;s version has no (a). Only (b) remains.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.7;margin:0 0 1.6em;word-break:normal;overflow-wrap:break-word;line-break:strict;\">And the same version carries an ordering that was in neither July nor August. If the company authorizes distributions in the future, then once the tax-related distributions have been made, up to $555 million in aggregate goes first to those same two entities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.7;margin:0 0 1.6em;word-break:normal;overflow-wrap:break-word;line-break:strict;\">A line that vanished, and an ordering that arrived. The prospectus does not connect the two. So neither do I.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.7;margin:0 0 1.6em;word-break:normal;overflow-wrap:break-word;line-break:strict;\">That is as far as it goes. &#8220;Gone&#8221; is a fact about wording absent from today&#8217;s version, not a statement that no money will reach the founder&#8217;s side.
